As our client, you can utilize a simple app (WebShuttle Dictate) that is compatible with both iPhone and Android to conveniently dictate from your cell phone and send voice files to our professional team of transcriptionists.  You can also receive a toll-free number to call in your dictation, or you may use a handheld digital recorder to dictate and upload files if you prefer.  There are no up-front, out-of-pocket costs to you!

ONLINE DOCUMENTATION
Your reports are available for you online 24/7 from anywhere you have an internet connection. Your account is protected by your unique username and password so only you can review your reports.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Our turnaround time is typically 24 to 48 hours with STAT dictation available for an additional fee.
